Regular Work Offer
- Regular work job descriptions are developed directly with the
employer to document the usual and customary position that is available.
- FRS prepares and mails out the out the regular work offer to
injured workers and all applicable parities on behalf of the Insurance Company
or Third Party Administrator. The completed documents can also be e-mailed to the
Insurance company or Third Party Administrator so that they can mail out “Notice
of Offer of Regular Work” to the injured worker and all applicable parties.
- For dates of injuries 1/1/04 –
12/31/12 a “Notice of Offer of Regular Work” (DWC AD Form 10118) is
required within 60 days of an injured worker reaching medical maximum
improvement. The offer justifies the 15% weekly permanent disability
decrease.
- For dates of injuries post 1/1/13 “Notice of Offer of Regular,
Modified or Alternative Work (DWC AD Form 10133.35) is required within 60 days
of the Insurance Company or Third Party Administrator’s receipt of the
“Physician’s Return-to-Work & Voucher Report (DWC AD Form 10133.36). The
offer justifies the injured worker not being entitled to a $6000.00 voucher.
